cityHUNT takes pride in creating complex urban adventures, turning you into a detective for the day. Our adventures are always customized to create a unique experience for each and every one of our clients and may include:
CLUES
Knowledge in art, history, architecture, science or math could easily help you find your next stop in your quest for the ultimate prize. And you can get your clues in the most unexpected ways. Voicemail messages, cryptex cases, CD-ROMs and bank deposit boxes have all been used in past hunts.
LOCATION
Your neighborhood, your museums, your bars and restaurants…the history surrounding YOU! We will discover the history and roots that makes your city unique, interesting and fun! We can build a scavenger hunt in your most favorite place on Earth and have you experience your city in a whole new way.
DIGITAL CAMERA TASKS
At the beginning of every cityHUNT event, digital cameras are given to each team, with a list of images that must be captured to obtain points. This unexpected teambuilding activity can be as simple as, “Take a photo with a team member helping a stranger.” While others will stimulate creative, outside the box thinking, such as, “Take a photo of someone on your team behind bars.” While breaking the law or actually being arrested would obviously disqualify your team from the hunt, many people have found unique ways to capture these images, and have been awarded bonus points for their creativity! Following the event, cityHUNT will upload your photos to a private photo album where all participants will be able to view their group and fellow groups’ photos for a good laugh for years to come.
GUIDED CHALLENGES
After solving each clue and discovering the secret locations throughout your scavenger hunt, team members will meet cityHUNT staff to try and complete challenges. Each team member, must play an active role in these challenges to promote building positive relationships.
GUIDES AND HELPLINE
cityHUNT will provide at least two trained guides to facilitate your adventure and assisting teams throughout their event. There will also be a helpline set up to help any lost or confused teams.
AWARDS CEREMONY AND MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATION
At the end of the hunt, all teams will meet at a final destination for a wrap-party where they celebrate their adventures and discuss solving strategies. Digital photos are shared, creativity revealed, and where laughter and smile will spread like wildfire. .
